Microsoft now give away their lightweight Office 365 alternative (known as Office Online or as Office for the Web) for absolutely nothing. What's best, you don't just get Online versions of the traditional Office packages which have been around for years for free, you also get for free a bunch of Office 365 Apps such as OneNote, OneDrive, Sway and Forms. You even get access to a decent chunk of the royalty free stock images which are available with a Microsoft 365 subscription.
