LCM
Sooo, a friend of mine, with whom I’m meant to start studying in LCM this September probably won’t be able to start as his student loan didn’t get approved. You see he had a British citizenships but he’s actually South African and only been in London for two years. Anyway, we both applied to LCM for a BA in Musical Theatre and got in which was amazing. I’ve done a fair amount of research on the school and their MT program is one of the better ones around, too focused on Actor-Singer part but still amazing, and said friend agreed with me. He said he has loads of friends that went there and are working professionally straight away and basically couldn’t recommend the school enough. Which brings me to now. As he probably won’t be able to start, he’s now shitting all over the school saying how he only wanted to go because that’s the only place he got in, and how the school is actually pretty crap and all that shaving.
I mean I get it. You’re upset and frustrated but don’t destroy that experience for me and make me feel crap about it. I’m honestly so excited and I know the school is so good but that just makes me feel angry and upset.
