Is the original Builder of the machine that brought the Light, but Peach betrayed him, froze him in the time capsule, and claimed the glory for himself? Especially considering the machine is lost to history...

Also...are we sure Peach is male? Didn't Burgess mention that no one really knows what Peach looked like? If they were female...

Rather than having a betrayal, we get another kidnapping...that leads into the next game. 😶

Maaaaybe, for example...Duvos kidnaps Victor at the end of the game (maaaybe because he's totally the first Builder and they want to probe his brain/force him to recreate old tech) and it becomes a plot point in the next one? 👀
