Adherence to the measures of the competent health institutions, verified information and responsible attitude of companies and individuals are vital for the prevention of the coronavirus epidemic in Montenegro. Aware of that, the company MTEL has taken a number of measures and facilities for its customers, in order to, fostering social responsibility, contribute to the most normal conduct of activities within its competence. In accordance with the recommendations of the Institute of Public Health of Montenegro, MTEL branches will work according to the new schedule: weekdays from 9 am to 6 pm and Saturdays from 9 am to 4 pm. Exceptions to this schedule are branches in the shopping mall Delta city in Podgorica and the shopping center Kamelija in Kotor, which will not work. The new working hours will be valid as long as the recommendations of the Institute of Public Health of Montenegro last. Bearing in mind that one of the key recommendations is to avoid unnecessary going out and moving out of the house, we urge all users to stay at home, and that all activities that they would otherwise perform in the office – perform through SelfCare platform “My m: tel” . All m: tel users (mobile and cable services) via the “My m: tel” platform can pay their bills and top up their prepaid number in just a few clicks. Also, they can quickly and easily gain insight into activated m: tel packages and services, check the account balance, as well as the amount of remaining resources, view current offers and available add-ons, and much more. Access to the “My m: tel” platform is provided to users through the application (for Android and iOS devices) and through the website.

Televiziju Nova BH više neće moći da prate gledatelji kablovskih operatora M:tel (i preduzeća pod njihovom kontrolom Blicnet d.o.o, Telrad net d.o.o i Elta – kabel d.o.o.o) i Eronet.
