Any headcanon including trans!Hux?
I wasn’t sure if you wanted FTM or MTF Hux, so I went with MTF, if that’s okay? (and also I’ve never really intensely thought about trans Hux, so bare with me)
-Hux was never really comfortable when people referred to her as anything other than General. Being referred to as ‘he’ or ‘him’ actually made her cringe, sometimes even recoil. And it was weird because as a child Hux was always told that she’d be the ‘greatest man in the galaxy’ and her father had always referred to her as ‘his one and only son’ but then what was the meaning of son to a person who didn’t want to be one?
-When people began calling her General it was a relief, a shy away from the wrong pronouns that had been thrown around her whole life. Being surrounded by people and not being misgendered was a relief and she began to become secure in her position. But it still came as a surprise to most people, especially Kylo, when she revealed it. It wasn’t Hux’s idea to tell everyone but it came out eventually, mainly because people had begun gendering again and it had to be said.
-Phasma helped Hux through everything, she found she could confide in her friend, and after telling Kylo he was more than understanding. He was also considerate, but that didn’t mean he wasn’t a complete asshole to her. Just because Hux identified as female now didn’t mean he couldn’t annoy her and damn he tried his best too. But they found common interests, Hux discovered that Kylo had the secret desire to dress himself up (turns out he’s genderfluid, happy days) and they bonded over the sudden mutual respect!
