More fun @ Sentosa
The last day we went to Sentosa we checked out Mosh! And the mega adventure zip line. Mosh is located upstairs from Kidzania which I’ve also heard is awesome but we decided to do Mosh instead. The kids spent a few hours here, they loved drawing and creating digital images that were displayed on giant screens around the room, the kids also practically had the place to themselves. They could also fly paper planes into a digital landscape and the paper planes turned into real planes which was really cool. The mosh cafe was very handy and served Japanese food, I had the rainbow cake which was really nice and it was good that we could go out for a bit and come back in as the aircon into the room where the boys were, was freezing.
We then went to the mega adventure zip line which we caught the free shuttle there. My middle son was the only one brave enough to give it a crack, so we had 4 of us go up the mountain on a little golf buggy that was an adventure in if itself! Crazy driver he was! Maybe in preparation for the adrenaline to kick in for our zip line. So my son and I went down together then my husband and Dad went on it too. It wasn’t cheap but the view and the thrill was really awesome, we all enjoyed it, though my husband who was the lightest went the slowest so he’d have enjoyed it more if he went faster. There also other activities like a high rope course and a free fall jump, but I think the zip line is unique and pretty darn sweet. Check out mega adventure Singapore to find out more if you’re keen.
Another way to get to Sentosa is via the Mt Faber cable car. We did it once and it was pretty cool to have a wide view of Sentosa and the background of Singapore, this is an expensive option and I’d recommend getting tickets beforehand as it’s quite popular and waiting anywhere with kids is not much fun. Once at Mt Faber you can get another impressive view and see the bell bridge which has bells written on it with people’s names, similar to the lock bridge concept. Was nice and something different to do with the kids. There are much more activities to do at Sentosa we could have easily spent another full 2 days there if we wanted, but we were happy with what we saw and did. Vivo city is also a really cool mall to explore that is just across from Sentosa and where you catch the monorail from. They have a playground for kids with little boats you can ride at a cost and a free playground with plenty of climbing structures, little trampolines and a big slide which was really fun for the kids and a great place to get a feed after a busy day at Sentosa.
Dartslive first as we are in the queue for bowling lanes. ▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️ @kennethtanjunhao @jolynseah #safra #mtfaber #idarts #saturdaynight
