I find something that is really interesting in Moonbase Theta Out is how the company mandates the use of gender neutral language for all employees, regardless of how they actually identify.

It's such a (I was going to say subtle, but it's really not) way of controlling people. Denying people their right to identify, to have opinions, dehumanizing and de-gendering them. All under the thin guise of being "preventing conflict."
