These days I’m finally able to read the witw book with genuine understanding not relying on JP translated version (though still there’s a lots words I need to look up), enjoying beautiful and warm English on this book…! Also it reminds of how cute the couple of mole and rat (*mole/rat) is. Why not making a remake with live action on Netflix or something, which must be nice…….. and these are just super doodles
From this week there will be four actors who have been casted as Misto at the same stages on Shiki cats🤫 - as a tip: Shiki theatre applies weekly casting announcements to all of their stages which some of fans live and die by the result
West side story in Korean adaptation
・Riff - 배나라 He appeared at first in the overtures smoking a cigarette in the blue light which looked already so Riff (so good) He seemed to be the brightest dancer in the male cast and it was joy to see that Riff who can dance so well. ・Riff and Graziella / Graziella - 조하린 The pair were the best dancers on stage, and the Grazi actor also had the most beautiful moves in the Somewhere dance. Actual Anita was so song-oriented casting that I wondered if she would have been casting as Anita……
・Riff and Bernardo / Bernardo - 임정모 They both stood out in terms of character. Most charismatic. Bernardo in the musical had fewer dance scenes than Riff, so I wasn't sure how well he could dance (partly because I was paying too much attention to Riff).
・Tony and Maria
Tony - 고은성 Very very talented singer! Why he doesn't appear in the Phantom at the Opera in Korea? Tony - 김 준수 I firstly thought he was a kind of popular because of his looks…? but I could see why he was so popular because his acting skills were so good. Convinced there was so much cheering at the curtain call.

me - for the first time forever I completely get it what would the wind in the willows and messing about in a boat look like -
I’m not sure how much people know about deers in Nara but the birds in the parks reminded me of that similar feeling, animals not wild😂
Also, it was lovely to see the statue which is used as the reference for Neleus, totally was the jolly holiday🫶
