Sparred today, felt really good while I was in it, but when it was time to go home I realized my legs took so many good hits that they were already starting to swell. I don't have access to a sauna or ice bath right now, so this is the next best thing. R.I.C.E.. rest, ice, compress, elevate. . . best part of not being able to move is being able to lay in bed and watch Netflix without the guilt ;)
