Now that we have a name for the Au, time to do some lore drop
It all starts when Ceroba and Starlo find some Wester movies in the dump, and bring them home to watch at a sleepover in Starlo's house.
Starlo enjoys the movies, but Ceroba fricking LOVES THEM.
Years pass where many things happen, The Wild East doesn't exist. Instead, the terrain was bought by Starlo to expand The Oasis and the corn field, slowly helping bring the green back to The Dunes. Starlo isn't the brightest, but he knows how to make good decisions, that's why he bought the terrain.
He also knows how to make some good marketing.
With help of some other LARPer friends of his and Ceroba, they make The Oasis more entertaining with their Cowboy shenanigans. He also did it so that Ceroba could have some fun in the hopeless underground.
He, with his father, work the crops, and also distributes the corn to Snowdin and New home with Orion's help. Things are a little weary, but seeing how things are getting better for others specially Ceroba, makes him forget of how tiring his job is, and keep working.
What else can he do?
In the years between that was happening, Ceroba met Chujin, and... They became friends! ... and stayed friends. Yeeeaah, he really wasn't her type. Sure, he was very mature for his age and all, but nah. And she was already pretty unsure of what she felt about Starlo to think about that.
Her family was accepted her cowboy fantasies... to a point. When she got older, her family kicked her out for being "immature". So she had to stay at Starlo's house. They also told her to get a job, so she did, at the Dunes Cafe. But she quickly got fired for incompetence.
Things started getting bad for her. Not to say that she also felt guilty. The Sunnyside's had to make space for her just so that she could stay, because she was useless and couldn't even get a proper job.
But Starlo... he kept helping her, even though she thought she didn't deserve it. She knows Starlo made the LARPing job for her, and... She can't thank him enough. He helped her get back on her feet, and helps everyone else too... But what can she do to hero him? She noticed how Starlo seems to be more tired each day that passes. She told him that he should get some rest, but he said it's okay. She doesn't believe him.
What can she do...?
Things stay normal in The Oasis, until a human arrives with a bird monster by their side...
