I don't even necessarily even ship Walter and Paige. I used to be the weird smart kid too on the playground (definitely not as smart as Ralph and them. Haha, I wish). When I look at Drew, I can see him as being one of those kids who would look at me and treat me like I wasn't human. Like I was a freak show. And I almost feel like he looks that way at his own son. He made Ralph feel like he had to suppress his smart side to fit in with his dad.

My only problem with this comparison is that Drew is not a kid on the playground, he's his father. And, much like Paige did, he's having a difficult time adjusting to the fact that his son is a genius. Paige spent years thinking her son was challenged when he was in fact a genius, so how can you go and blame Drew for the way he's interacting with Ralph? The point is he's trying, and at the moment it's a lot harder for him because even though they've helped a bit, he's not friends with the team like Paige is, so he has to work even harder to truly bond with his son.

Why does Drew suddenly think he can be a dad? He's suddenly concerned for his son's safety when he abandoned his kid for a useless "career." Your kid could've ended up on the streets or he could've been put into the foster care system. I hate the Drew character so much. You know he's gonna abandoned them again. He doesn't seem like he's gonna stick around if/when Paige stays with Scorpion.

For personal reasons I won’t get into I really can’t hate on a guy who is genuinely trying to make up for the things he's done and be a part of his sons life. Everyone deserves a second chance and I find that all the hatred towards his character is stemming from the fact that he’s coming between a ship that, if well written and played out, shouldn’t happen this season anyway.

Obviously Paige would never have allowed anything like that to happen to Ralph. She took on the role of father and mother for upwards of eight or nine years, which should speak more to her character than to his. 

If Drew decides to walk out on them once again then maybe I’ll change my mind on how I feel about him, but until then I fully believe that he’s redeeming his self a little in the eyes of Paige and his son, and is making a positive impact in Ralph’s life simply by being around again.

Honestly though, between you and me, do you ever get sick to the stomach at how twisted the responses are to the romanticize inverted post? I know you're trying to stay neutral, but do you ever feel disturbed at these people?

Seeing the same sort of thing said over and over can be a little disheartening, but I generally find it more bizarre than anything else. Most still seem to be positive in regards to that post, though (along the lines of “here’s for my male followers” etc). The negative replies may just stand out more for being surprising, as it is with most things…

Is it even real glass though? Glass would be heavy. It's probably acrylic.

Its fairly heavy, and I'm pretty sure its not acrylic. Much more glass than acrylic.
