A-WA have a new song/video out called “Mudbira” and it is so damn good. I highly recommend watching the music video for it because their is probably a lot that can be parsed out from it, hidden layers to the song and video. Plus it includes the English translation for those of us who don't speak the language. I just love what they are doing and how they honor their identities as Yemenite Jewish women while creating stunning music. 

Also.... Vampire Weekend’s dropped new music?! Whattttt??? I’m digging Harmony Hall in particular, sounds just like them and is beautifully done too. 

It’s a good week for music, eh?
