Theme: What do you need to cultivate more of in your life?
Pile One: Calming
Pile Two: Spiritual Truth
Pile Three: Self-trust
Note: If you are unfamiliar with mudras, you can think of them as being similar to yoga for your hands. They are positions you hold your hands in while focusing in order to channel and enhance certain properties. They are much more interesting than this and have a long history, so if you are curious I welcome you to look into them more and not rely on my extremely basic explanation.
Pick whichever pile resonates with you, and click on the spoiler to read more! I welcome any interaction with this post, and would love to cultivate relationships with other lovers of tarot. 💛
CALMING + HEMATITE
ADHI MUDRA FOR CALMING
Directions: "Open hands wide, tuck thumbs in to the center of the palms. Curl the fingers loosely around the thumbs, making soft fists with both hands. Rest hands palm down on thighs. Lengthen spine and breathe." As you breathe in, tell yourself: "I rest in the calm of inner balance and support." As you exhale, breathe out any tension, stress, anxiety, etc.
This mudra is related to the Root Chakra, which is located at the base of the spine and is the lowest energy center in the body. A Root Chakra which is blocked or out of alignment can manifest as fear, depression, being overwhelmed, and pathlessness (among other things).
In particular, I think you might be experiencing feelings of being overwhelmed. Practicing this mudra will help you become more grounded, which will help alleviate being overwhelmed.

KING OF PENTACLES IN REVERSE + ACE OF PENTACLES IN REVERSE + PAGE OF PENTACLES
You are too connected to the material world! You might be putting too much emphasis on having money, and might not be spending the money you have wisely. You might be swayed too much by what's trendy, and feel pressured to spend money on symbols of wealth and affluence. These things don't make you happy, because they cannot. With this mindset, you're missing out on actual opportunities in your life that would provide you with the type of life you actually want. You need to harness your ambition into actually learning what will improve your material conditions. Take actual classes in money management: most banks offer these, often for free for their customers. Decide on what you want your money to do for you, formulate a plan on how to make that happen, and then remain focused on achieving this goal. Always look for guidance from credible sources, which does not include the majority of influencers, YouTubers, and so on. Start from a grounded position, and don't seek advice from people who have a lot of inherited wealth.

SPIRITUAL TRUTH + PEACOCK ORE
DHARMA CHAKRA MUDRA
Directions: "Join the tips of the thumbs and index fingers of each hand forming a closed circle. Hands in front of the heart, touch the tips of the joined fingers together. Left palm faces inward, right palm faces outward." As you breathe in, tell yourself: "I awaken the vision of my highest truth." As you exhale, let go of your thoughts and worries.
This mudra is associated with the Crown Chakra, which is located at the very top of your head- the crown! It is your connection to the divine, and your interconnectedness with everything and everyone. A blocked Crown Chakra can make you feel confused, isolated, and depressed from a lack of purpose.
How do you cultivate more spiritual truth?
THREE OF CUPS IN REVERSE + THE STAR IN REVERSE + KING OF SWORDS IN REVERSE
It looks like you might need to confront your manner in which you conduct yourself in your relationships. Is it possible that a lot of the drama in your life is coming from... you? Do you maybe need to internalize the idea: "if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all"? It seems like you might enjoy being a gossip and perhaps share information with others that isn't yours to share, and as a result it puts a strain on your relationships with others. You might find yourself feeling frequently alone, hopeless, and like no one understands you. And, when someone new comes your way, you may clutch to them as an octopus would and try to ingrain yourself in all aspects of their life. Purposefully or not, you might be quite controlling with those around you. So, what is to be done?
First, I'd say you need to not feel sorry for yourself. You have the tools at your disposal to get yourself out of this situation. You must look inward, and ask yourself why this is a repeating pattern for you. What needs to be done in order to break that pattern?
I'd suggest you invite whoever will go with you out for a drink on you, and listen to them more than you speak. When it is your turn to speak, think before you do so. Trust that these people want to spend time with you because they like you for you, and you don't need to air anyone's dirty laundry in order to command attention.

SELF-TRUST + OBSIDIAN
VAJRAPRADAMA MUDRA
Directions: "Interlace fingers from right and left hand to the first knuckle, with the pinky fingers on the bottom. Extend thumbs and index fingers upward. Hold hands in front of the heart and chest with elbows relaxed downward." As you breathe in, tell yourself: "Unshakeable confidence guides my journey forward." As you exhale, let go of any and all thoughts- but especially those that are contrary to this mantra.
This mudra is associated with the Heart Chakra, which is located in the center of your chest. When the Heart Chakra is blocked or out of alignment, it can manifest as intense emotional pain and unkind thoughts and feelings towards yourself and others.
How do you cultivate more self-trust?
THE EMPRESS IN REVERSE + KING OF SWORDS IN REVERSE + THE HERMIT IN REVERSE
The Empress is a powerhouse of creative energy. In traditional readings, this card can represent pregnancy. But I've come to think of it more as meaning that you are trying to "birth" something, often a creative project. In the reverse position, I would interpret this to mean that you might be holding back on something you want to create for yourself. It looks like you might be holding back out of fear and uncertainty, and self-doubt. Perhaps you've attempted something like this before, and when things did not go to plan you were crushed... and stayed crushed. It is time for you to bounce back now. While it is okay and perfectly normal to experience devastation when things don't work out for us, remaining in that state long-term is not helpful and the longer you stay there, the more it breeds a mistrust of the self. You don't trust yourself to try again, to succeed. You need to reflect on this with yourself, and consider what it is you're really afraid of. Is this fear something you can conquer, or is it really worth suspending your entire life just to coddle it? Hasn't the wound been sufficiently licked? It is time to seek the company of others, and allow yourself to be vulnerable with them. Go learn something new in a collaborative setting, and find a person whose wisdom you admire and seek to emulate.
