Some pictures from the walk I went on with my sisters! It was a really nice day, one of maybe eight we get each year, so we walked to Mugdock, which is our local country park. It was about 9KM to get there and walk around it. 

I really enjoyed it, but am now basically dead because I finished the first half of the epilogue at 7AM this morning. Now time to tackle the Candy route!

Took part in the @trailfestscot Solstice Series 12km trail run this evening. Hadn’t run that distance on trails before, and the weather was pretty wet, and I messed up my pacing quite a bit and I rolled my ankle, and got bitten by something that feasted on my arms... but it was without doubt, the best run I’ve ever done. It wasn’t fast but it was incredibly fun.
