As you can see on the table each hinge is manufactured from similar materials. Also they all have good corrosion resistance. Hidden hinges have a higher strength limit compared to the door and cabinet hinges, that have a lower strength limit. They may not be suitable for a DJ Desk, this is because the Desk will be carrying average loads and each components needs to be able withstand any load it encounters. Hidden hinges and door hinges are lightweight so they won’t have an effect on the overall product’s weight, whereas cabinet hinges are average in weight. It is possible that hidden hinges will add more weight to the overall product. I want the overall produce to be as lightweight as possible so I would use the device that is lightweight.
Hidden hinges have a higher price range compared to the others, regardless I still choose this device because of its appearance, that will not have any effect on the overall design of my product, its acceptable and impressive properties.
One of my first meals in Thailand: "Mukata" and grilled squid. It's a combination of grilling porc meat in the center and boiling vegetables in the outer circle. It's very tasty and so cosy sitting on the ground eating with the whole family. #Mukata #thailand #exchangestudent #afsthailand

Source
