Cupido's most recent travels to Japan has yielded the Mukayu series. His imagery embraces the transitory, metamorphosis, emptiness, potentialities. With his modest works printed on self-made and Japanese washi papers—organic, artisanal, imperfect—he wishes to reach the heart more than the head.

The Mukayu exhibition runs until January 17th, 2021 in IBASHO gallery, Antwerp and until January 30th, 2021 in Bildhalle, Amsterdam.
