Eefje Schuurkes is a fine artist exploring analogue photography through slow, tactile processes. Working with vintage cameras, expired film, Polaroid, and experimental darkroom techniques such as lith printing, she embraces chance, imperfection, and the unpredictable nature of materials. Her work reflects on time, entropy, and loss, allowing these forces to become collaborators in the creation of each image.

Landon Metz is an abstract painter and conceptual artist, best known for his repetitive patterns and fluid use of negative space. Metz grew up in Scottsdale, Arizona, born to parents of Mexican, Italian, Dutch and French heritage. He cites the Arizona desert as a primary influence for his use of color.
Landon Metz lives and works in New York and has become associated with a meditative, spatial form of abstraction that draws from Color Field painting, installation art, and minimalism.
Impressions from ‘Designed World – Through the Eyes of Tata Ronkholz (1940–1997)’ at Huis Marseille, Amsterdam
Tata Ronkholz became known for her appealing series of kiosks (Trinkhallen) and snack bars (Imbissbuden) in Düsseldorf and its nearby cities that capture typical moments of urban everyday culture. Her radius soon expanded to include Cologne, the Ruhr region, and other surrounding areas. Later on she also turned her attention to shop windows.
The exhibition at Huis Marseille runs until June 21, 2026.
