↔ = The character’s ability to read directions
Gintoki’s actually decent at reading directions and finding his way, and actually got plenty of practice when leading troops in the Joui war. Along with a surprising knack for coming up with effective strategies, he likely had to pore over maps in strategy meetings. (But he also probably left it to his fellow Joui, Katsura specifically, more often than not because actually doing it is too much trouble.)
At least this man-child doesn’t seem likely to get terribly lost most of the time.
♥ = Character’s preference for relationships (sexuality, type of person, etc.)
Ketsuno Ana, the weather girl. No, but he canonically has a massive crush on her so that’s definitely one preference.
Gin can be a big pervert, and his physical attraction tends to lean towards women, but ultimately, gender wouldn’t matter if he finds himself falling for someone, and he’s the sort who’d be plenty attracted in all ways to the person he loved, no matter their gender.
And while Gintoki would probably say he’d like a kind, gentle sort who cooks well and will look after his lazy ass, it really isn’t restricted to that at all.
The type of person he’d fall for is hard to place a finger on, but one trait that would most definitely need to be present would be a strength of heart (although that can take many forms). If someone were to display great determination, he’d be more likely to respect the person and see them as his equal, and that’s important to him. He doesn’t do so well with the clingy sort though.
But really, Gintoki doesn’t think on it too much, because what kinda punishment would that be for the other person, having to be with a messed up guy like him?
☂ = Weather the character enjoys
He likes rainy days, because its nice to stay in and nap, but he hates summer rain cos it gets really humid. Also a nice warm day is great too, because its great nap outdoors weather! But god forbid it get too hot without an aircon in range.
Basically, this man is troublesome as heck and hates extreme weather, but likes anything else that can be comfortable to slack off in.
