Dipper meets him while struggling with insecurities around his own manliness, and intends to kill him to prove how tough he is, but Multi-Bear's calm self-acceptance of enjoying a girl band proves quite inspiring to Dipper. In the end, Dipper realizes Multi-Bear isn't really a bad guy at all, and spares him, the two instead bonding over their mutual love of BABBA. And Dipper leaves more secure in himself, knowing that only he gets to decide what makes him a man, and not anyone else. Thank you Multi-Bear!!
