During his time with Pink Diamond, he began to learn things about himself… Thing’s he’d rather not know. Things the whole version of himself would call… weak. Their first fusion was a complete accident– he hadn’t suspected that a Diamond was capable of fusing, powerful as they were. But he was dying, and he was desperate. Just the tiniest bit of consent, the smallest relinquishment of power, and he and Pink became one.

Both these kiddos were born by Rose Quartz, just in separate timelines. One’s father is Rick Sanchez, while the other’s is Stanford Pines. Stellar, unlike most other Rose children, does not have their gem, as Rick found a way to have both them and their mother coexist. This procedure, however, left them feeling like a part of them was missing, and so, they turned to gem shards. Strangely enough, they understood exactly how Stellar felt, and all too soon, Stellar discovered their ability to work with and placate shards. Nora is very similar to Steven in the way of abilities… though there is one clear distinction. Let’s just say Nora has two dads….

From Patreon: Based on an AU a friend (gennethapang) and I thought up. A fracture in the multiverse causes the Gravity Falls and Steven Universe... universe to collide. Stanford is the one who meets Rose in an alternate universe following his portal mishap (along with Bill, but that's another story)... This creates Nora in one universe, while Steven is born in another, the timeline we're all familiar with. The fracture happens following Nora's birth and pulls her from her original universe and Crystal Gems, and brings her into Steven's. From then on, they are raised together, learning and struggling with their powers.
