Shiro hums as he carefully glides through the water. He loved the warm water as it surrounds his half shark, half human body. He had lived here for quite sometime. He was kind to humans, a protector of sailors in exchange for not being hunted. He watches as a boat gets ready to set sail. He glides over, peeking up at the fisherman. They smile and wave, which Shiro returns. “There are a lot of good fish in the southern part in that small inlet.” The fishermen thank him and head off. Shiro chuckles as swims back to the beach where people swam to make sure no sharks or other deadly creatures got in.

Yuri fidgets at Victor's door. The snow had begun to pile up on the ground. It was almost christmas and...Yuri didnt want to be alone. He wanted to ring the doorbell but....what if Victor had company?
His ridiculous excuse for a door kept out very little noise. He could hear the moment Yurio had walked up and he could now hear the blond shifting his feet, fidgeting awkwardly. He wasn’t sure if he should just open the door or if he should wait, but he figured he’d wait until Yuri was ready to knock. So he continued with his reading.
Yuri sits alone at him fiddling with his phone, trying to decide if he should sent the text or not. He had typed it an hour ago but...hadnt sent it. Finally he sighs and hits send before tossing the phone to the table. [Text] Victor, if you're not busy, could we spend new years together?
Victor grinned, texting back immediately
[text] I was just going to watch the ball drop at my house with a few people. But I’d love for you to come if you’re up for it!
