So I feel very called to four different deities, one Hellenic, two Kemetic, one Nordic, and I thought when I asked them, the number would get narrowed down, but they all seem to have said yes! I love them all, and of course I feel blessed, but I've been told that honoring so many different pantheons is disrespectful to those paths, and four is a lot, am I being disrespectful/spreading myself too thin with so many different deities?

In short? No. There are lots of people who practice multiple paths or venerate deities from multiple pantheons all at once. The biggest concern is how you venerate these deities. You will want to try and be respectful in how you structure your practice as not to step on or disregard the ancient practices that surrounded these deities. It can be a little tricky to set up such a religious practice- but it is entirely possible. For some ideas, perhaps check out the KRT discussion about multi-path traditions :)

Akhu/Ancestor Veneration
This is one of the things I've had issues with in the past. Samhain is different - I'm celebrating the memory of the Blessed Dead, and don't venerate my ancestors at that time. Also, I believe in reincarnation - so how does that fit in with the kemetic view that souls pass through judgement to become Akhu?
One of the ideas I've been entertaining for a while is that every God exists, and every afterlife is possible. You worship Yahweh and believe in heaven/hell? Yahweh will receive you into His afterlife as appropriate. You believe in Herne and reincarnation? Herne receives your worship, and you reincarnate. You worship Netjer and believe in the kemetic afterlife? You will go through judgement and become Akhu. Atheist? Maybe you just stop existing. Who knows. Oh, that's right, nobody.
Most of my ancestors, surprise surprise, were Christian. Is it therefore rude/disrespectful of me to include them in my Samhain celebrations, and my Akhu veneration? I don't think so. I think it would be more disrespectful of me to try to honour them in a Christian way - I don't worship, honour, or acknowledge that their God has any power over me. Why then mock His rituals? I can honour my ancestors in ways respectful to my Gods, and my Path, without disrespecting their memories. It's not like I'm saying they were Kemetic or Pagan in their lifetimes, or in their death. I'm not forcing their spirits to acknowledge this veneration, I'm offering my love and respect and thanks. They can take it or piss on it, up to them.
