one must consider which of the TMA Fears best fits their muse / which Fear they'd be an avatar of, but Ms Alice has me torn between:

The Dark. this feels like the obvious one, fear of the dark and what lurks within it etc etc. I think it's fitting in that it's something she's viscerally afraid of but then becomes obsessed with through the course of the games -- it's obviously a fear she feeds and I do think her whole thing about wanting to show the world what she sees as it relates to the darkness specifically leans a bit in the avatar direction

The Web. I wouldn't say she's afraid of being manipulated but man...... Alice sure does a lot of manipulating. she manipulates Alan into going to Bright Falls, and then her whole reveal of the faked suicide + how she's been intentionally guiding Alan has very Web undertones, to me. love an eleventh hour reveal about who was behind things. and I'll never stop thinking about Sam specifically saying This Road is Alice's song and has a voyeuristic and manipulative tone that reflects her role. she was orchestrating everything! gaslight gatekeep girlboss! but this also leads to the third option.........

The Eye. the remedy man said it himself, voyeuristic and manipulative. again, this isn't exactly something she personally fears but whooooo boy it's kind of her whole career, isn't it? just Observing, photographing, documenting. she's obsessed with capturing what she sees and showing it to the world which smacks of Eye related paranoia. and I'm simply not immune to camera = eye imagery
