Crossover au concept art
Been struggling with GingerBrave’s design for a while now, but I finally made a concept I like! Tried to make him look more knightly since he’s mainly being trained under Metaknight. GreenShadow’s design was a bit easier, however I might modify this design since I feel like I could’ve done some things better. These characters are meant to rivals/parallels to each other, coming from two different teams. Their teams have the same goals in mind though.
Also if you’re wondering why it says mutant/magic hybrids, it’s a bit of long story. But what I will say is that GingerBrave had been stuck in the Liminal Realm for about six years, so it mutated his dna into making him a half human, so he’s a bit more 3-dimensional. Other characters entering the realm have faced similar changes such as Bart (becoming half spider) and Kuromi (becoming part dragon). GreenShadow on the other hand was transformed into a hybrid by Rosalina to save her life during a dire situation dealing with an invasion of the Distortion into her world (a multiversal infection, which was mostly housed in the Liminal Realm). I have lots of plans for this au so a lot of future posts will probably be about it
