This quick sandwich is a delightful combination of creamy avocado, savory turkey breast, tangy cheddar cheese, and crisp vegetables, all nestled between slices of multigrain bread.
Ingredients: 6 slices of multigrain bread. 1 avocado, sliced. 6 slices of turkey breast. 6 slices of cheddar cheese. 6 slices of tomato. 6 lettuce leaves. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: On one side of each piece of bread, spread mayonnaise. Put turkey breast, avocado, cheddar cheese, tomato slices, and lettuce leaves on three slices of bread. Add pepper and salt. Cover the last three pieces of bread with Dijon mustard and place them on top of the sandwiches that have already been put together. Lay out the sandwiches on a diagonal and serve.
