The Multilane Stickpack Machine is our latest machine for the production of 'Stickpacks'. The range varies from 4 to 15 lanes depending on the width of the stickpack. Different types of fillers - for liquids, granules and powders - are available. A Human Machine Interface allows the user to control all machine functions - Fill dose, Temperature of the seal bars, Speed of the machine, Stick length - and obtain production data such as Number of sticks produced, Number of rejected sticks, Normal stop-time counter, Alarm-time counter, Machine efficiency, etc. Features
