This is untranslatable.
Alternatively: I translated it but. Gods, it sounds so bad. How can it sound so great in original and so cheesy/oversimplied in the translation.
Okay let's try writing something new.
I have this brand new wonderful idea! ...but only in German.
I have literally no idea why I have a very different writing style in each language.
But sometimes dear brain just decides this paragraph would sound much better in another language. Now translate it all while writing and see yourself fail.
Heck, I make different plots in each language, because stylistically they'd look better written in this but not that language. Too bad that in this other language I don't have a betareader. Or fandom.
