I sometimes feel electric also, comes and goes 🤷🏽♀️ but its more off than on for me thankfully...I had a very intense electrical sensation in the beginning of my MS diagnosis and didnt come from the downward bend in the neck I often hear others speak on.. it's called Lhermitte's sign it's very uncomfortable, scary, and sudden... I have only experienced it once in a very painful way, most of the time its mild and very brief but for some people living with MS it comes on often and its intensely painful... the best way I have found to describe it is to just say I feel electric... I have found no other way... feels like being electrocuted.
