Saw that the comic was uploaded while I was at work and couldn't concentrate for the rest of the day, powered through and watched it the moment I'm home. Aughhhskjdhk I have so much thoughts I had to take a moment to gather them properly... after several more rewatches ;;
Facing Demons comic spoilers under the cut:
It's everything I've been yearning for! A deeper look on Mizuki's life with the Hashimoto, full Yokai team appearance, his relationship with Shion (which is as problematic as I expected). Interesting to note her nickname for him - "Obake-kun", meaning "shapeshifter", "monster", "ghost" or the like. Him being groomed to be a weapon AND used as leverage against Toshiro since he was a kid?? Also this implies that he did lose his arm as punishment (by Shion's hands) only it's to punish Toshiro. Makes their bond all the more meaningful and heart-wrenching.
I love the way he keeps us guessing on just who he's double-crossing at the moment, until it seems he made it clear in this comic which side he ultimately picked. Wasn't expecting that to happen this soon, but I'm all for him turning on Shion. Character development ✨
Still, since we're left with a cliffhanger, I am now worried for Toshiro. What if he gets killed, and it sends Mizuki spiraling in regret? More potential drama..~
All in all, I absolutely loved it!! His VA did such a good job voicing the comic. Can't wait for more!

Tyson was always perceptive when he wasn't being annoying, or crying, or something. Kai had to hand it to him, the other was becoming a good leader of their little group, but it still made him bristle to be called out--hopefully the others wouldn't notice and make fun of him.

All he's gotta do is ramp up that oh so loveable and always appreciated Koski charm up to 1000% and she'll definitely be over the moon to be hanging out with him again! Probably. Definitely not.

You get two versions because I can never decide which color looks best. But the first, at least, lets you see the infamous finger. He'll deny it, but I don't think he minded that finger in his mouth too much. Ooop.

Of course she wasn't. If there was anyone who was always looking out for his own wellbeing, it was her. Honestly, to the point that it sometimes became a detriment to herself. He both appreciated and felt remorse whenever she had to try and pry to get behind what was clearly bothering him. Naruto was never all that subtle about it, considering how low his energy and enthusiasm seemed to dip whenever something was.
