Back on my “windmill walk” 3 times a week it’s only 1/4 of a mile but it’s quite a hill and I’m so unfit. I’m hoping that I can get out to do my 20mins at least 3 times a week to regain control over my fitness and my anxiety. What do you do to help improve your fitness?
