Just me sat by my tree trying to motivate myself to tidy the room. I’m not feeling too good today. I was up in the night sick. We’re meant to be going out to war of the worlds later some I’m hoping it’s just down to the glass of mulled wine I had last night. I’m sure I’m allergic to alcohol. Back on my “windmill walk” 3 times a week it’s only 1/4 of a mile but it’s quite a hill and I’m so unfit. I’m hoping that I can get out to do my 20mins at least 3 times a week to regain control over my fitness and my anxiety. What do you do to help improve your fitness? What a morning! We’ve had mason up half the night coughing and then I tried to fix our broken door lock when I got up with the new lock and ended up with the door not being able to shut. Luckily my mi@ came to man the fort while I did the school run. On my way back I grabbed a friend who has now fixed it in return for a coffee. Don’t know where I would be without good family and friends around. Good Morning. I’ve started walking to save my sanity. Only a short walk but up the hill to my local windmill is a killer especially pushing the twin pushchair. Just 20 mins walk 3 times a week is really giving me a focus. For a little while today I didn’t hear a whistle. (More to do with the volume of the kids rather than the fact it had gone.) We had a wander around a Christmas event and a play on the play park until unfortunately Jake fell in a puddle. He was wet from head to toe. So we had to leave early. But we’ve just had a lovely table buffet picnic for dinner. And now I’m on the sofa watching strictly. This was taken before his swim. Time to be football mum. It’s bladdy freezing. Today has been all about self care! I started with a healthy breakfast, managed a 20 min walk with a friend, had a coffee , had some me time at ceramics (even if my bigger than my head gravy boat did stress me a little.) and tonight it’s WI with my friends. Mornings have been particularly stressful since returning back to the school run. To calm me after the school run I’ve been coming to the coffee shop with the babies. Who have been equally as fraught. I think the summer ending has just hit us all!! Need to get planning a new adventure. To top it off The house is a tip. Every room is trashed and I have no energy to tackle anything.
