Call me the dissertation-er, the way I be finishing my dissertation 😎

(I have finally handed in my MSc thesis that I've been working on since May, 12 hours before the deadline, and I am. So happy!!! :D )

Favourite Hero: Tie between Ziggy and Summer Ziggy is The Guy of All Time™️, he's just so much fun to watch! And Summer was my favourite when I was younger, I used to have the action figure of her, and I just think she's so cool (also she's the yellow ranger, and I do love me a yellow ranger)

Favourite Villain: Tenaya The song she whistled used to creep me and my brothers out loads when we were kids! And I love her interactions with the other Venjix generals!

Favourite Non-Transforming Character: Dr. K I love her, she's wonderful, no notes! Also, she plays the violin, so bonus extra points!!!

Favourite Robot: Mach Megazord I think this is my favourite megazord overall, I just love the wings and the face on that guy! Also, it has my favourite zord, the Falcon Chopper, because no matter how much you tell me that's a falcon, that lad is a chicken and I love him

Favourite Song: The unused demo version of the RPM theme song my mom's friend definitely legally burned onto a CD with all the other Power Rangers themes just before RPM came out (it's this one: https://youtu.be/QOAmJKoKeOI?si=oms3oeLL4hmUn_io)

Favourite Episode: Ghosts, I think! Lots of awesome things in this episode, like Gem and Gemma's first proper appearance, Flynn and Ziggy being goofy, Dr. K backstory, all epic stuff! :D

Any fun headcanons: I am shaking hands with all the fellow trans dude Ziggy enthusiasts out there 🤝

Fighting the urge to start rambling about my aro/ace headcanons for toku shows so hard right now XD

I'd like to think Lily from Jungle Fury organises pizza night for all the yellow rangers every couple of months to check in on them and so they can all hang out, I reckon they're all buddies (I'm a massive fan of yellow rangers, my beloveds <3). Highlights include Chip and Dustin getting to nerd out together, Katie SPECIFICALLY getting to come back to see her buddies in the present (Katie Walker deserves the world 😌), and all the musically inclined rangers getting to jam together! Taylor gets a night off (finally)

Kamen rider W???

Favourite Hero: Philip my best friend my boy my beloved!!! <3

Favourite Villain: Kirihiko, for sure! His final episode is absolutely great, and he's one of my brother's favourite characters in the show, so I like him a lot! :D

Favourite non-transforming character: Akiko and Wakana, huge fan of the girls!

Favourite Suit: FangJoker is just so good! It's sad that it doesn't get used much later on in the show, but it's so cool! (I have a keyring of it too that lives with my emotional support Ryuki keyring!)

Favourite Robot: SpiderShock and FrogPod my buddies! Big fan of spiders, and FrogPod's just absolutely adorable!

Favourite Song: Finger on the Trigger, specifically Philip and Shotaro's version from episode 23! (It was my no. 1 most listened to song on Spotify last year alongside Anything Goes from OOO!)

Favourite Episode: 23/24 (with the song contest, love an episode with songs sung diagetically in them!), and 15/16 (the FangJoker episodes), as well the final episode (it makes me cry happy tears)!

Fun Headcanons: Big fan of the idea that Akiko is older than Philip and Shotaro are, I think it makes hers and Shotaro's interactions funnier! And not really a headcanon, but that at some point after the final episode, Philip and Shotaro got to give each-other a big hug (I wish they had in the show, but alas, Shotaro is too hard-boiled for hugging, I guess XD)

9) Any show I'm watching right now? Toku-wise, me and my brother are currently watching Kuuga together, and we're really enjoying it! We're not that far through yet, but I'm super glad he's liking it (I am successfully getting him into toku, this is a huge win)! Outside of tokusatsu, I'm watching the Mighty Nein animated series, it's so good so far! Those are my D&D blorbos!!!

37) Is there something (book series, spinoff, etc) I'd like to see as a tv show? YES! One of my favourite books of all time is a book called Death Or Ice Cream, and I'd absolutely LOVE to see that as a TV show someday! It's a series of interconnecting short stories set in a town, and the reader gets to figure out what's going on as the returning characters do, so it'd be awesome to see that with each story as it's own episode! :D

38) An upcoming show I'm excited to see Is it cheating to say the rest of the Mighty Nein? XD Besides that, I'm excited for the new Roll From The Hip series that's coming out in January! And whilst it's not technically upcoming, I am enjoying the new episodes of Kamen Rider Zeztz every week!

REVICE FAVES FOR THE ASK GAME MUNCHIE

REVICE YIPPEE!!!

Favourite hero: Ikki Igarashi HUGE WINS FOR THE OLDEST OF THREE KIDS COMMUNITY! This is the representation we need 😌 (also, he makes me cry at the end of the show, so bonus emotional damage points for my boi) Daiji and Sakura are my very close joint second faves, though! I love these siblings so much 🥺

Favourite villain: Aguilera and Kagerou I know these guys become good (or at least are on the Kamen Rider's side) by the end of the show, but I love how much fun both of them are when they're just being evil! Aguilera's outfit is stunning, and her turn from villain to hero is just so good! Kagerou is an asshole and I love him for that

Favourite non-transforming character: Yukimi Igarashi Can someone please give her an award and a therapist for going through all this please? Jokes aside, I love Yukimi, she loves all of them so much (and the young version of her is Hammie from Kyuuranger, my buddy!)

Favourite suit: EvilytyLive My absolute favourite final form in all of Kamen Rider, this suit just goes so hard!!! I love the cape, the helmet, the WINGS, and what it represents for Daiji and Kagerou, it's just peak, I feel

Favourite song: Go with the Flo and Mirage Mirror I don't think the Igarashi siblings have ever once been called the Boiling Soul Brothers™️, but regardless, I'm a huge sucker for how much fun these guys sound like they're having whilst they're singing this, it's such a fun song Mirage Mirror is just so good, both in the context of where it is in the show (epic EvilytyLive moment), and in the sense I fucking love songs where it's one singer playing two different people, and Mirage Mirror pulls that of amazingly!

Favourite episode: 44 I feel like at this point this is just me talking about how cool EvilytyLive is, and I can only apologise for hat, but this episode has EvilytyLive's debut, and it's so sick (Also, shout out to episode 1, which I rewatched with my siblings the other day and they found it so funny how much exposition for this show they fit into one twenty-odd minute episode of TV; also Ikki's first henshin is an all-timer)

Any fun headcanons: I think Ikki rivals Gentaro from Fourze as primary Rider who gives the best hugs, I think it's Ikki's friendly swag that has me convinced of this

LUPAT!!! The first Sentai I ever watched!!!

Favourite hero: Umika Quite possibly the Yellow Ranger of all time for me, I love how silly she is and how much she cares for the other Lupinrangers! Also, her phantom thief outfit is so sick!!!

Favourite villain: Giwi from the Raimon Gang He's one of my favourite monster designs in all of Sentai (love that plague doctor kiwi bird thing!)! Him and the rest of the gang were super fun!

Favourite non-transforming character: Jim Carter and Director Hilltop as a pair Every time these two are on screen together I have such a big smile on my face, they're so much fun! :D

Favourite suit: LupinYellow Epic cape? Check! Adorable helmet? Check!! Yellow ranger? CHECK!!! (She is wonderful, I think)

Favourite robot: Lupin Magnum That's a friend-shaped robot right there! I love the normal version and the combination with the dial fighters too, especially with the reindeer antlers and Rudolph nose it gets in the Christmas episode!

Favourite song: The opening theme! I am a sucker for two songs that are their own awesome things separately, but then can be put together to make one complete and even more awesome thing together!

Favourite episode: A tie between 13 and 51, I think! 13 is Umika and Tsukasa's episode, and I love them both so much, it's just a really fun time watching the two of them, the haunted house setting is so good 51 just makes me cry every time I watch it, but like in a good way (and a sad way too, but mostly in a good way)!!!

Any fun headcanons: Umika by virtue of being my favourite gets hit with the ace beam 😌 and that she gets to be friends with the other toku fashion peeps too, they deserve to have a lil' club, I think!
