Update

Moving and getting everything over to a new blog is nice but a little slow. Some days it comes from being side-tracked or doing normal life things. Some days I deal with my brain giving me the wonderful though patterns that no one cares if you just give up and leave the RPC community.

Good times, good times...

Yet, I’m still working and moving shit over.

Well, this is something I started thinking about for the past couple of days...

As usual, it’s under a “Read More.”

What are you doing? Let me explain...

Are you planning to leave the RP community? Uh, no... I'm not leaving the community.

What are you planning? I'm thinking of archiving this RP blog and starting out fresh with a new one.

Why are you doing this? As everyone possibly noticed about me in the last few months, I've dealt with writer's block and the wonderful mental ruts that depression dumps upon you. Dealing with fragged attention span, fleeting inspiration, and my personal insecurities suck; I wanted to bring a better quality to RPing but these factors make it a challenge. This blog is essentially an old dog by current standards. I can start using a tagging system as a bonus.

When will this happen? Probably over the next few weeks as I work on setting up the new blog. If you see the “-a” behind the name and a promo for the new blog, it means I successfully moved over.

Will Hanako change? Not really. I just want to make some things (like backstory, worldbuilding, and headcanons) more consistent. She'll stay the same personality wise. Think of it as part-continuation, part-reboot.

I finally chose a new legal name (My fiance’s sister chose Elaina, I can’t use Ellie...)

You guys can still absolutely call me Ellie, and I will always answer to that, but if you know one too many Ellies, I will answer to Kadence or Kay. <3
