Inside a Muppet Workshop
Franz "Faz" Fazakas pictured with a mechanical Emmet Otter. Faz was head of the electro mechanical department of the Muppet Workshop for several years. He is largely responsible for the breakthroughs in mechanics and animatronics that enabled the Muppets to evolve into something much more than simple puppetry. Fozzie Bear's name has been said to be a homage to Faz Fazakas.
