lil piece for the bad lads of Always Keep’Em On a Leash, the E65 AU written with the one and only @murdockquills ! There may be another component of this edit, but that’s...for a later time, we’ll say.
murderous husbands have a unique sense of fun
kissing is hard and this is a complete mess that I’ll never finish but here have some terrible husbands I scribbled. yes murderdock wears a robe with nothing on underneath it I will take no questions at this time
since you guys seem to like process pics, here’s another of murderdock and his beloved husband eddie brock — the bottom one I’ve posted before, but look how it’s changed!
sometimes, even when you like what you’ve drawn and it looks technically good, you realize that there’s something off... or maybe just that it isn’t conveying what you want as well as it could. one of the biggest things I’ve had to learn recently is how to let go of my attachment to something I’ve sketched in order to make it better. it might feel like a waste to scrap it, but I promise that you’re making progress regardless! no practice is a waste! [and if you’re really still scared to get rid of what you’ve drawn, duplicate your layer and save it just in case you wanna go back]
“Who? I came alone, my love,” End of junior year. Right. That was when the letter writing had begun in earnest. Eddie could feel the indents he’d pressed into himself, memorizing the bumps of braille; secretive, careful, the soft memory of pen-caps poking words into place. Just enough to raise the edges. A scarification of paper. Just as Matthew left his marks on Eddie. More than skin-deep. They settled beneath, and stayed. Irrevocably changing the landscape of his life.
Like a forest fire.
Set by a willful arsonist.
A little sneak preview for stuff upcoming in Always Keep’Em on a Leash! A peek into the lads’ years at Catholic school. :>
and if you don't know this Then what do you know? Every second of my life I only live for you And you can shoot me And you can throw me off a train I still maintain I still maintain Life, life is a pigsty Life is a pigsty and I've been shifting gears all of my life But I'm still the same underneath And this you surely knew... - morissey
