yay I was hoping for this one! I would name the puppy Biscotto because it means cookie in italian and I'm headcanoning that Hannibal named it and it cures my darkness to imagine Will calling out "BISCOTTO, BISCOTTO, COME HERE" but with an american accent like biscorow, so Hannibal rolls his eyes "you're butchering his name, it's not biscorow, it's biscoTTOH TTOH" a la hermione granger it's leviooosa, not leviosaaa. And I feel like for contrast it could be a big, scary dog lol, Hannibal would definitely train him to be useful as a murder family member. Maybe a doberman. Fits both their aesthetic and vibes, I think. Although season 1 vibes would def be a pomeranian lol.
