Things did not appear to have changed much in the city during her leave; a few shops had opened and closed, new faces continued to flock the streets. It was both a relief and source of stress. How long had it been? It was far too difficult to tell at first glance. Dlanor roamed the ever-familiar streets, eyes taking in every minor change they could detect. To remain up-to-date would surely be useful.
Something, or rather someone, caught her attention then. Dlanor had hoped that there would be someone she knew still around, though it was nothing but wishful thinking. And yet, there seemed to be someone. Eyes widened in surprise at the sight of a girl, a few years older than herself, entered her field of vision. The angel had very few people she could call close friends, and certainly none within this realm quite fit the category, yet there were those she had pleasant encounters with. This just so happened to be one.
“<Miss> Ryoko!” Uncharacteristically, the child raised her voice to call out. It was a gamble, nothing assured her this one was the same as the one she had spoken to before, but Dlanor decided it was best to take the risk.
