Happy 30th Birthday, Rayman!

This is a very special day, for me and many other people, my beloved eggplant is turning 30 years old!!! That's nuts!!

I know i shouldn't be surprised that a series that began during a time where I wasn't even conceived yet is old enough to start experiencing back pain but it always felt like it has existed for as long as I have, I have been a fan of this series for over a decade of my life now.

This is a franchise that I hold very dear to my heart and has shaped me into the person I an today and rayman himself is one of my favorite protagonists of all time, and it seems that every year i find myself loving him more and more since I was a child.

I doubt that the dickheads at Ubisoft will do anything for Ray because they did jack shit on his 25th birthday (I'm praying to god I will be wrong however) but frankly I'm more excited for the Rayman Alive happening later today because the Rayman fandom had some of the most loyal and creative fans I've ever seen, to me Rayman will never die as long as there are people who love him, like I do, and I will never stop loving him no matter what
