Spiridon and the myriad of strange and deadly creatures that live there are a masterstroke of#Broadly painted in otherworldly sci fi. Ok so the production values can't exactly do justice to the ideas but by god they were trying#Nice to see the thals again and some cute references to the first dalek serial. A strong cast help too (Horsfall is as wonderfully gentle a#Always and was presumably a friend of director Maloney turning up in four separate dw stories he helmed). This series does seem very#Man centred however with very few women appearing beside jo. This is no exception with only jane how turning up at the end of part 2
