Cassandra was conscious and alive the entire time. The only time her actions were not her own decisions were when given a Direct order from Murphy mentally or verbally
Cassandra liked her outfit. This is important yall. In s2e1 she looks into the mirror and preens. she believes Murphy to be the person wrapping his arms around her, and she is consciously into it. She even pushes it away but only after discovering it was a zombie and Not Murphy. He would not have directly ordered her to go preen in a mirror by herself and he would not directly order her to melt into his arms.
Murphy cared for Cassandra's wellbeing that's why he bit her, he cared for 10k's wellbeing that's why he bit him. He didn't want his friends to die yall, imagine if he just let our favorite characters die??? We would have stopped watching if 10k died guys be so fucking fr
"nobody leaves" in genie lamp fashion can be incredibly vague and Doc and Addy already being gone and 10k sprinting away from her like a prey animal switched a primal/obey/panic/failure/keyboard smash, so she did not intentionally try to snap 10k's pretty little neck out of her volition nor Murphy's. Her blend brain panicked, and in that moment 10k did what he had to do. #valid BUT these butterfly affects had been avoidable and "finding Murphy" at all was unnecessary
Murphy had a #valid reason for running away with his infant and Warren suggesting they take his daughter to the lab if anything happened to Murphy was pretty fucked up
Dr Merch would have taken Lucy to Zona and the rich people would have raised her as their own and everyone would have died by their hands
Dr. Merch was a Bad Guy and they tried to act like she wasn't in s3. She only wanted 10k to escape so that Zona could get to Lucy
10k only wanted to escape because Warren, Addy, and Doc weren't in Murphytown.
Murphy offered all of them a home in his settlement without demanding they be bitten. He only bite 10k because he was dying. Warren should have gone with Murphy
Murphy told them 10k was dead because he was selfish and wanted 10k on HIS team
but if he had told the truth in that moment they probably would have joined him and there would have been 0 cons for everyone involved and they would have succeeded in bringing Lucy home to be raised by her father and his found family
Murphy wanted to save the world and every single "official" vaccine was backed by rich people with unknown intentions
The vaccine Sun wanted to make would have stopped people from turning into new zombies whereas Murphy's vaccine stopped you from turning AND stopped zombies from wanting to eat you altogether
It actually would have made more much sense for Red and 5k to take the blend vaccine in s3. Murphy had a safe settlement with guards and food and blends don't have to fear zombies. She would have taken 1 look at her little brother and signed them both up for survival.
Unless she happened to witness 10k's grand escape she wouldn't have known 10k was being held against his will, and seeing him in Murphytown would have made her even more likely to approach sooner and/or take the vaccine
I repeat, he only wanted to escape because Warren, Addy, and Doc didn't live in Murphytown
If they had joined Murphy when he offered they would have kept Murphy from the power trip of pulling 10k's pigtails unchecked
Murphy was visibly disappointed at the end of s3 when 10k stopped talking back to him
"10k doesn't miss." If Murphy had instructed 10k to kill Warren he would have taken the shot when he had it and he would not have sent him with a note saying "kill warren" he whispered a different order into his ear and left that note specifically for Warren to find
Murphy was completely wrong for forcing 10k to play the knife game
Warren was completely wrong for beating up 10k and Sun almost knew she was on the wrong team for a second there
10k didn't lose himself in the bite, just the ability to disobey a Direct order from Murphy and he should have had a moment where he mourned Cassandra and the fact that she was conscious and alive the entire time
It should have been addressed more than once that Cassandra "wasn't the same" because of the bomb not the bite
10k being pumped full of the vaccines, dying, and being bitten back to life doesn't negate the fact that he was still bitten back to life twice
The nurse can't find 10k's pulse later because he is still a variation of blend/Not Human
I think 10k should technically have still been immune to zombies and turning and Red should have known that
Red and Sarge would have really liked each other and they 10,000% would have organically became a triad given their character personalities, dynamics, and their environment. There were no societal rules to tell them it wasn't allowed, only old men in a pre apocalyptic writer's room. Did you guys see the way Sarge physically threatened someone who almost interrupted 10k and Red's reunion? That's called polyamorous in the real world.
Sarge deserved to live and EVERYONE knows it
Sarge told the nurse that Murphy's bitemark came from Sarge during sex and she believed her because the nape of your neck sure is an Intimate place to be bitten tbh (abo fandom you guys know what I'm talkin about)
10k should have been with the group when they got a tour of Limbo but the writers sprayed him away with a fucking water spritzer
Everyone should have been nicer to Murphy
Every time the group mentions what they're gonna do after the mission is over and when they get close to California 10k looks sad because he doesn't want to be alone again he wants his family to stay together
Put me in the fucking writer's room and s3 would have had the group All safely thriving in Murphytown woth Sun being allowed to make her own blend vaccine that didnt include Murphy's control and he would have let her because all he cared about was having a safe place to raise his daughter he didn't NEED more slaves he WANTED his friends
