The limited series League of Extraordinary Gentlemen 5 was published with a cover date of June 2000. The "Some Deep, Organizing Power...", segment took place on May 4, 1891 where Holmes faked his death at the Reichenbach Falls and July, 1898. This was Sherlock Holmes first appearance in the series.
