I've lost a lot of mass between may and June (⬅️) dealing with family troubles. I decided to take a health break for a few weeks. Back when I made my first progresses at the gym i would get anxious and insecure at the thought of stopping my training. But after a while i realised that this whole project is about treating your body right.
This time I was prepared, I let myself go long enough to really wanna go back to the gym, i took the time to compose a proper workout plan, that break may have "shrunken" me but it also made me grow, i've been back to the gym for two weeks now and i'm feeling the gains like i haven't i a while (➡️).
I'll keep that plan for two months and see how my body changes.
Remember to love your body, whatever shape you are in, take breaks, have fun, let go sometime
