I always encourage my clients to take photos of themselves if they want a true perspective of their body as they are trying to achieve their fitness & wellness goals. 📸Whether it’s putting on muscle or shedding unwanted pounds, the camera doesn’t lie. A lot of the time, my clients are pleasantly surprised when I’ll show them a video clip (☝🏼ALWAYS under consent lol) of their own physique in motion.
