“You don’t understand, I want to go. This is what I’ve been trained for...” Finn tried to explain. “I... if you’d rather break up I would understand.”
I want Finn to have a sweetheart (for anyone!) before he goes into the army. Like they’re young and they know he has to ship out eventually but that seems far away until it isn’t. Skype calls, long letters... and then Finn coming home injured and he doesn’t want to see his sweetheart. He thinks they should live their life without him as a burden. The fluff, the smut, the angst... and hopefully happy ending :)
