Lilith, of course, is planning to, in some way, regain some fraction of her previous power, even though she's quite happy running her magical item shop while married to Ceri.
If she DOES get her powers back, though... she would likely only use them to visit Ceri whilst her wife is out on adventures. Lilith was never the adventuring type, and has taken to the quiet life very well.
She would of course also soulbond the pair of them so that her immortality extends to Ceri as well but that's a given.

Wait a moment... wasn't that one of those demon lords she's heard about? Sure, her reign as a singular demon king was more recent, but didn't all those previous leaders die? Well... it's none of her business. More trouble if demon things are brought up. "Steaks, stews, poison... I really aught to bring Ceri here sometime..." She mumbles to herself, finding a seat and perusing a menu. She'd likely settle for something light. This body's appetite is almost nothing, these days. That was like to change when she finally managed to make it suitable for pregnancy, but for now...
She can verify many of those status effects. All very true. Of course, she's also in love with her. That's a permanent status effect, cum or no cum.

Lilith actually immediately begins to concentrate, poring over the items that Ceri had deposited atop the table... not at all perturbed by blood, of course. Even if she were no longer the demon king, the memories of her own brutality hardly faded. Delicately, she turns each piece over, individually, trying to gauge its worth or recognize any symbols... even if she wished she could just simply cast Identify.
