Lucy looked him over, hands on her hips like she didn’t know what to do with him. “I’ve seen the way you act. Sometimes, more than others. With certain people. Is it the hierarchy of the Sons? Just because you’re a brother and a member doesn’t mean your life means any less than the others, the ones that have roles... fact vs fiction (standoffish-spy)

Lucy had come to visit the library, she missed her home of Narnia and it seemed like books were the closest substitute she could get. Fairy tales never seemed to come close enough she always managed to pick out details that she kenw were wrong about fairies or mermaids mostly simple things but it was all stuff that she knew they wouldn’t appreciate when she managed to get back to Narnia.

Lucy pulled a book off of the shelf only to realize someone else was reaching for it as well

“Oh I’m sorry,” She said before she held it out for them “You can read it if you’d like, I’ve read it once before already.” Lucy admitted with a kind smile to the other

Next stop, anywhere (closed: Lucy)

Lucy had always known there were many mysteries about Narnia, many places that one could go and journeys to be had, far to many to have in her life time. One thing she had learned at a young age was that there were always more than one way to get in and out of Narnia and she had always wondered if they were the only two worlds, so when someone mentioned a stranger in the forest who looked like a son of adam it brought with it many questions, her siblings showed great concern worried that perhaps they would intend to do the country harm, Lucy had many questions but her curiosity won over her concern as she volunteered to go look herself and didn’t even wait for an answer as she hurried to her horse and rode out to where the stranger was aid to be. 

The forest had grown very quiet and still with the worry, she could understand that they would obviously get nervous with such an appearance when she and her siblings were supposed to be the only ones but everything happened here for a reason.

Lucy soon found the stranger up ahead and hurried over smiling as she looked down on him from her white stallion and offered a smile

“You’ve caused quite the stir in the kingdom,” Lucy said to him not moving yet as she smiled excitement and nervousness mixing in her stomach

“Tell me are you a son of adam?”

(Closed: Lucy) Lucy’s labyrinth

Lucy was always nervous about heading into territory that she didn’t know about, but Lucy found if she wished to spread peace it was best to start by approaching others and sometimes letters didn’t cut it. Lucy had a handful of guards with her upon her siblings request that she take at least some back up with her just in case, the lands were definitely not like Narnia and Lucy wasn’t sure if she cared for it much, they were darker and she wondered if that was her sign to turn back and none the less she still pressed forward and she did manage to convince two of her four guards to stay at the boarder in case anything did happen.

it wasn’t a long walk before Lucy could see a large maze up ahead, surrounding a castle that she knew was her destination and from the look of things it was her only way to get there and who knew what was waiting for her inside the walls. When Lucy found the entrance she entered first, not willing to let the guards be completely over protective until the wall came up between them and she was cut off from them, a blessing and a curse but most definitely something Lucy felt she should have seen coming. Lucy let out a sigh and ran her hands through her hair before she pulled it back tightly out of her eyes, she could already tell she was going to have a long walk ahead of her.

Meeting our heroes (closed: Lucy)

Lucy had been getting comics in the mail from her father quite often, in his letters he told her that they got passed around and usually when they were finished they had been letting him send them to Lucy as small gifts. Edmund made fun of her for liking them, susuan had tried to help Lucy draw her own and Peter would read with them with her before bed because their mother thought they were rotting her brain but Lucy loved them any way.

The ultimate soldier depicted in the comics made her hope that the war would end soon especially when her father talked about him actually being real. Stories passed quick and soon Lucy had quite the collection of news articles to go with her comics of course the stories were nothing compared to the stories her father sent back telling her the things the other soldiers said it was all wonderful and fascinating to her.

When the bombings began in London, Lucy heard her mother talk about sending them away do when Lucy heard that The Captain himself was coming to London she jumped at the chance to finally meet her hero! That day after school rather than going home she took her favorite comic and a photo of her dad and set out for where the soldiers were going to be coming through. The area was busier than she expected with spectators and soldiers alike all mixed together as she stumbled through the crowd attempting to find some way of finding who she was looking for but what were the chances that this was even his group? Or that he hadn't split off with the cammandos to do some other important mission? Lucy was worried for a moment that perhaps this had been a bad idea.....

The whispers had been going around her school all day, the US army was going to be passing through and we're hosting a show with their famous super hero.

Most of the kids were excited to see the soldiers but Lucy was far more excited for the show. Her father had been sending her captain America comics for months now, she had been reading them almost as quickly as she got them and whenever she heard there was a new movie in the cinema she would save up all of her money and drag either Peter or Susan to take her.

Now was her chance to actually meet her hero though! She wondered if she could convince her siblings to take her to the show tonight she wanted nothing more than to meet him in person she had no idea what she would say but some how she would get there.

That night Lucy managed to convince her mother to let her and her siblings go,the crowd had gathered and Lucy could hardly see a thing but she heard everyone cheering for the troops that were marching through, Lucy couldn't even see on her tip toes.

With a final decision she gathered up her courage to try to push her way through the crowd weaving her way through the people and unknowingly past the barrier that had been set up and before she knew it she was swept up in the people passing through ducking around people's legs to avoid getting stepped on her latest captain America comic hugged tightly to her chest as if the character could leap off the page and protect her as she realized how bad of an idea this was and tried to make her way back to the crowd where she could already hear Peter and Susan searching for her.
