“You took that hit pretty hard…”
“ what a thing to say. “ / Lucianna
Lucianna laughed a little and shook her head. She had needed this, a night out, especially after the shift she had just had.
"What?" She asked and chuckled again "Its true. Trust me, I know... all emergency service people are a little nuts, me included." She replied. "Its how we cope with what we see on the job. Its how we protect ourselves from breaking too much." She then said, taking a sip of her beer.
@fatedmidnights asked: ❛ rough day today? ❜ Casey for Lucianna
Luce stretched as she climbed out of the ambulance once back at the station. She looked at him, and gave a small smile "Do I look that bad?" She asked him.
Boy had it been a rough day. She nearly got hit by some guy who was determined that he was ill enough to go to hospital, when he wasn't, and sure, its not her call, but he was being abusive from the beginning. She also had to deliver a baby by the side of the road, given a child CPR, watched an old lady take her last breath, and then on top of all that, been at a seven care pile up and have to run the scene. Then her last one was just a complete asshole.
She then nodded "Honestly, some people are just... assholes Case." She replied. "And they think the world revolves around them, when actually there are far more serious situations in thee world than their need to be noticed." She added.
"I need a hot shower and to sleep for about a month." She chuckled lightly.
"Is there any coffee in the pot? I might need to grab some so I survive the drive home." She joked lightly, her smile growing a little as she looked at him.
shh, you’re okay.
My muse is woken up from a particularly vivid and terrifying nightmare. Send “shh, you’re okay.” to calm and comfort them.
Her chest felt tight, her hand clutching onto it as she panted hard. She had never had a nightmare like that. But then again, she had never had a shift where she had seen the person jump. It was haunting her.
She looked at Dom as he spoke, and her head nodded a little. But she didn't feel alright. She felt it was all her fault. She failed at her job.

"Its a bit more than a scratch." She pointed out. "Don't fight me on that Soldier." She then added, as she pushed the needle in, and tied of the stitches.
She rolled her eyes a little at his words "I am not a nurse." She pointed out. "I'm an EMT. I go to the scenes." She reminded him. "Surely you should remember that, thats how we met." She smirked.
Lucianna rolled her eyes and grabbed his chin to make him look at her. "You can do both, and i need you to do both." She told him. "Its not easy seeing you pop stitches, and if you keep doing it over and over, it will be harder to stitch back up, and could lead to you being stuck at a desk for a bit." She said.
She then smiled softly at his last words and lent in and kissed his cheek. "Good Soldier." She breathed and then pulled back and winked at him. "There." She said, placing the needle down and grabbing a dressing pad and re-dressing the wound.

@bchemianrhapscdy asked: “Hey! Don’t touch that!”
- Lucianna and Felix?
Lucianna turned, hands up in the air. “Hey, not here to do any damage.” She smiled at him. “I’m the new EMT here, just checking the rig to make sure its got everything.” She said to him, a smile on her lips.
She placed the few items in her hands down and held her hand out to him.
“Lucianna Garcia.” She smiled.
“And like I said. New EMT. So guess you’ll be seeing a lot more of me, so hopefully you won’t be yelling at me to not touch things.” She teased.
