I saw a photo of someone kissing Pennywise's cheek so i had to make this
So then an AU verse for Zoe and Penny hit me. Since Zoe had such a horrific childhood, it would make sense she would run into Penny at some point from wandering around everywhere in town alone. However, she wasnt afraid of him because she had learned so early to not have fear or the abuse from her mother would be worse. So instead they struck up a friendship, he would protect her from her mother, bullies at school and give her a place to stay in the sewer and in return Zoe brought him kids to feed from. Even after his 27 year sleep, she was waiting and they were close as ever.
Dont @ me. I know this wouldnt be something Penny did but hey. Thats an AU and thats the fun of roleplay.

It was safe to say that Penny never had any willing visitors to his part of the sewer system. Though at the same time, it wasn’t often he was spending time down there when he was awake. It was a rare moment that he wasn’t chasing after the losers club or luring some child into the dark. Circus music filled the sewer pipes and a smell that was a mixture of sickly sweet cotton candy and overly buttered popcorn, filled the air. “No..no..no.” Penny mumbled to himself as he went over a plan on how to get to the losers. He paused as he sensed someone walking in and turned in his head, making the bells on his costume jingle as a wide grin spread across his face. “Billie!” He sounded excited to see his friend. He pulled a balloon out of seemingly nowhere and had one ready for her like always. “Pennywise, Yes. Wasn’t expecting you.” He said, referring to himself in 3rd person.

It was starting to become the early stages of Pennywise being hungry and with all the kids back in school, it made it hard to be able to lure anyone to him. It was noticeable when he started to get hungry, his voice would get deeper and his eyes would glow brighter. He turned the circus music on louder while he paced up and down the sewer, planning on how he was going to get food or which member of the losers club he should go after next.
Head canon
Pennywise will eat anyone that tries to bully or hurt the losers because that’s his job. He won’t admit that either.
“The moment I saw you kill your father, I knew there was something special about you.” Pennwise said in a oddly soothing voice as he circled Henry. “Such a special surprise that fell right into my hands.” The tall clown stopped in front of him, nearly towering over him. “I want you to work with me. Help me make the kids of this town float.”
