"Trick or treat?" Scott smiled as Christine approached his stall then he gestured at his wares. "Anything get your interest?" He wanted to try and keep this civil between them.

Scott knocked on her door rather insistently, it was freezing tonight and it was about midnight (he hadn't looked at his watch) but he really needed to see her. "Jules?" He sounded a little bit tipsy as he leaned some against the door and knocked again, grinning when he saw the hall light come on. "Hey gorgeous. Listen, can I ask you a question? I need to prove this guy in the bar is wrong."

"Popcorn." Scott held up the bowl full. "Candy." Then he held up his other hand, reese's pieces "and a spooky movie. Have you chosen which one yet?"

Scott inserted his next quarter into the prize grabber then hit the buttons to control it, huffing a little as it fell out of the claw. He patted his pockets down for any more change but found nothing, so decided to go and scout out those penny pusher machines for any change left behind at the bottom.

Whilst looking, his attention was pulled away by a very familiar face. Despite it having been ten years now, a familiar rage built up in his stomach and before he could stop himself he was saying "Hey dickhead! Snitch on anyone recently?"

Scott finished packing up his stuff for the day, whistling a little to himself as the crowd started to thin out, tourists started to leave and locals went home for the day. He looked up from what he was doing when he spotted her walking down the promenade so vaulted over his stall, heading over to her with a grin. "Hey Jules. What you doing for Halloween?" He asked.

Scott has been part of the Windmere community his entire life, he's by no means from a well to do family, he grew up the oldest of three children with his father being the breadwinner as a fisherman down at the Marina, as his mother raised Scott and his siblings until they were old enough to take care of themselves and went back to work as an elementary school teacher.

In all, Scott had a good upbringing that keeps him humble to this day.

Ten years ago, his life almost shattered to pieces because of those damn kids on a yacht having a party. Scott was asked to keep an eye on them to make sure nothing stupid went down, finding Mason's body (and getting the blame for it) almost cost him everything, his job, his friends and his reputation, for weeks after he had trouble sleeping and kept getting phone calls from various townsfolk who would blame him for Mason being dead, someone even tried to get him evicted from his apartment building.

It's been ten years now and while some people still whisper when they see him, life's been getting back on track.

Lottie Dawson - His daughter with Juliette Dawson, he's been doting on this girl since she came into his life. Even now she's 21, he still takes her out on father/daughter activities. Juliette Dawson - He's known Juliette since they were kids, she's his confidant, one of his best friends and the mother of his child. Honestly? He's still a little bit in love with her.

His best friend {0/1} - someone who stood by him when he was being investigated about Mason and had an alibi for him. They're thick as thieves.
