months ago santiago had promised to be her personal tour guide and he had been honoring that promise well. most of her time outside of work was being spent with him and she was without complaint when it came to being in his presence. ever since they met in that grocery store, she was instantly drawn to him and it had set the tone for their budding relationship. the conversations were easy and maybe that's why chemistry had not issue of forming between them. unfortunately, there was a hitch as she thought about the conflict of interest and how this developing romance could impact her work. the sweet moments, tender glances and meaningful conversations were drawing her to the charming man that one of her students called uncle. and something about that just never fled her mind long enough to bypass what was brewing between them.
